FSL Projects Ltd provided Fund Monitoring Services on behalf of Puma Investments Ltd. The project was a conversion of a former public house with an extension to provide 22 affordable apartments under a PRS development.

Throughout the project we were advising the client of issues relating to the administration of the contract. Our ultimate client was a third party who had been appointed in a Development Management capacity.

Our interventions were invaluable to the Development Management Company and provided the project team with some valuable advice in the management of the overall contract.
