Phil Sheepy
Managing Director
Phil is the Founder and Managing Director of FSL Projects Ltd, bringing over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry across both client-side and contractor environments. This dual perspective gives Phil a unique ability to anticipate challenges from all sides of a project, producing cost plans that are fully market tested, scheme specific and robust.
Phil leads all Project Management and Quantity Surveying commissions at FSL, working directly with clients at a strategic level to review options, manage risk and drive successful delivery. His experience spans a broad range of sectors including arts and leisure, education, healthcare, residential and commercial, with a proven track record across both new build and complex refurbishment projects. Phil’s hands-on approach and clear communication style ensure clients are fully informed and supported at every stage, from initial feasibility through to project completion.
Victoria Kidd
Operations Manager
Victoria brings over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and plays a central role in ensuring every project at FSL Projects runs smoothly and efficiently. As Operations Manager, Victoria oversees all document control, governance and reporting processes, providing the robust audit trails and structured communications that are essential on complex, publicly funded projects.
Victoria’s meticulous attention to detail and highly organised approach ensure that all project documentation, stakeholder correspondence and programme records are maintained to the highest standard. She works closely with Phil and the wider project team to keep clients fully informed, coordinate design team activity and ensure compliance with funder requirements. Her commitment to clear communication and process efficiency makes her an invaluable part of FSL Projects delivery team.
Freya Sheepy
Client Relationship Manager
Freya is Client Relationship Manager at FSL Projects Ltd, playing a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across a variety of construction projects. With a proactive and personable approach, she works closely with clients and consultants to ensure a positive and collaborative experience throughout every stage of a project.
Passionate about delivering a high standard of client service, Freya is committed to understanding each client’s individual requirements and supporting successful project outcomes. Her strong communication skills, attention to detail and driven mindset allow her to build lasting partnerships and contribute to the continued growth of the business. Freya takes pride in representing the values of FSL Projects and is focused on creating positive working relationships built on trust, communication and professionalism, whilst also supporting the project management team as Assistant Project Manager on live projects.
